Father’s ministry works hand to hand with pastoral board. Also, work with different departments in the church to ensure assignments are done. Helps to coordinate events, track, nurture, disciple and care for members.  Father’s ministries also play a role as a deacon who is serving as liaisons of the pastor and inform him on a regular basis of the status of the membership and activities.
